Grupo Financiero Galicia S.A. ("Grupo Galicia") announced today an exchange offer for all shares (including all American Depositary Shares) of Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A. ("Banco Galicia") (Nasdaq: BGALY; Buenos Aires Stock Exchange: GALI) it does not already own.
