Minneapolis Mayor Sharon Sayles Belton returned Wednesday from Uppsala, Sweden, where she helped initiate another sister-city relationship.

Minneapolis has at least six other such links, said mayoral spokeswoman Ann Freeman. The others are with Ibaraki, Japan; Harbin, China; Novosibirsk, Russia; Winnipeg; Santiago, Chile, and Tours, France.
