the Board of Directors of Kaleidoscope Media Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: KMGG and Frankfurt Stock Exchange: BNN) announced today that it has accepted the resignation of Henry Siegel as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Siegel resigned in order to pursue other opportunities in the entertainment industry. He will continue to consult with the company on a number of projects that were initiated during his tenure. The Board expressed its appreciation to Mr. Siegel for his dedication to the development of the Company.
