Fishman Transducers has introduced Rare Earth pickups, a major departure from its traditional under-saddle piezoelectric pickups. The three models of the Rare Earth are active, magnetic soundhole pickups that utilize small but incredibly powerful neo-dyneum magnets. These rare earth magnets deliver exceptional depth, definition, and extremely balanced string output. The result is lovely acoustic tone.
