Thor Industries, Inc. (NYSE: THO) announced today that it was surprised and disappointed that the Coachmen Industries, Inc (NYSE: COA) Board of Directors had again rejected Thor's merger offer. Thor also stated that it must set the record straight concerning several statements made in Coachmen's press release of April 27, 2000.
