This year's Lenten season began with the discovery of the body of 26-year-old Eda Lee of Calgary, who died last year during a religious fast in the Rockies. According to her husband, Jason Lee, last October the couple decided to follow the biblical prophet Moses' example of fasting for 40 days on a mountain without food or water. On the sixth day, Eda began to deteriorate rapidly. Jason went to get water, but when he returned she was dead. He buried her nearby in a shallow grave. Lee is an excommunicated ...
