UCAR Graph-Tech, Mazarin in Flake Graphite Deal.(UCAR International Inc.)

UCAR International, Inc. subsidiary UCAR Graph-Tech, Inc. and Mazarin Mining Corporation recently signed a memorandum of understanding to develop and commercialize a deposit of natural graphite flake in Quebec, Canada. The two expect to use graphite flake from the deposit, located in Lac Knife, in the manufacture of low field plates, which are an important component of proton exchange membrane fuel cells.
