JAPANESE STORE BUYS INTO BASHFORD UNIT
Wilkes Bashford for Women, Ltd., has signed an agreement with TAKA-Q, Ltd., Japan's largest men's retailer, that gives TAKA-Q a 19 percent interest in the Bashford unit in return for a combination of equity and debt financing.
