American Community Properties Trust (ACPT) (Amex: APO; PCX) a diversified real estate organization, announced today that its subsidiary, Interstate General Properties (IGP), completed the sale of 6 acres of residential land in its master planned community of Parque Escorial in metropolitan San Juan, Puerto Rico. The parcel has been sold to Jalexis, Inc., for $4 million and is approved for 160 condominium units. Jalexis is owned by Joseph Katz, a successful residential homebuilder in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
