Keith Cooper last night insisted that TV evidence would have hauled Jim McCluskey out of his Old Firm spot- kick agony.
McCluskey was put under enormous pressure amid the fury of THREE penalty flashpoints as Celtic dumped Rangers 2- 0 in Thursday's Scottish Cup quarter-final.
And Welsh whistler Cooper - who controlled powderkeg derbies in Liverpool, Manchester, North London and Sheffield - believes the time is right to ease the burden on referees.
