Millennium Inorganic Chemicals acquires Hanwha Advanced Ceramics.

Millennium Inorganic Chemicals Inc (MIC) has completed negotiations for the purchase of the advanced ceramics business of the Hanwha Corp (HWA) of South Korea.

Located at Rockingham, near Perth, in Western Australia, Hanwha Advanced Ceramics currently employees 20 people. The Rockingham facility includes production, technical and marketing resources, and has a product range based on zirconium chemistry, including zirconia products.
