Two of Akron's most prominent business magnates are joining forces to create two new funds and a network of professionals that will advise companies on mergers and acquisitions.

David Brennan and Anthony Manna, two Akron attorneys who have co-invested on eight deals since the late 1980s, say they hope their dealmaking track record will entice other professionals to join their fold.
