LAND Rover workers will vote on Thursday on whether to accept a compromise peace deal thrashed out by union chiefs in a bid to avert further wildcat action over new shifts.
A new proposal over the introduction of extra Friday working was yesterday given the nod by shop stewards following intense negotiations last week by national officers with top Rover executives.
