A US military jury has convicted a Marine pilot of obstruction of justice and conspiracy for helping destroy a videotape after his jet clipped an Italian gondola cable, killing 20 people.
The seven-man military jury at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina deliberated for four hours before reaching the verdict in the trial of Captain Richard Ashby.
