Bevaccess.com of New York is now providing on-line access to alcoholic beverages for restaurants and retail stores. The company has debuted its services in New York, where a number of restaurants and wine & liquor merchants have signed on as charter clients. The company has plans to expand nationwide.

The start-up company was developed by two industry buyers, who said they saw it "as a solution to the inefficiencies we had experienced firsthand." The concept would allow restaurants or retail stores to access entire distributor portfolios in one centralized location.
