Anna M. "Joan" (Sugrue) McLaughlin of Stoughton, owner and founder of All Town Taxi in Stoughton, died Monday. She was 71.

Born in Boston, raised in Dorchester, and educated in Roxbury, Mrs. McLaughlin had lived in Stoughton for 44 years.

She was the owner and founder of All Town Taxi in Stoughton.

With her husband, she founded the Golden Rays Drum & Bugle Corps. She was also a member of the Stoughton Irish American Society, the West Roxbury Irish Social Club and the American Legion in Stoughton.
