Advanced Electronics Company (AEC) Ltd. (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia) used last month's Dubai 2000 Air Show to announce an agreement with Thomson-CSF Optrosys of France for the manufacture of stabilized, airborne forward-looking infrared (FLIR) systems. Earlier agreements between Thomson and AEC covered local production of thermal-imaging systems.
