New York and Chicago are fighting again. No, it's not their football or baseball teams. This time, it's their auto show promoters, who both claim to have the oldest and largest auto shows in the nation.
What this really means is that the auto show season has started. The annual Washington auto show closed its doors Monday after a nine-day run and the Greater Los Angeles Auto Show kicks things off next week. Detroit holds its North American International Auto Show a week later.
