Inhibitory after-effects in the stop signal paradigm.

Research indicates that reaction inhibition produces observable inhibitory after-effects in test subjects. It is posited that strategic effects are not solely responsible for these after-effects, and that mechanisms such as the negative priming effect may also play a role.
