Momentum Health Solutions Files Lawsuit Against PacifiCare of Ohio, Inc.

CINCINNATI, Dec. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Momentum Health Solutions LLC ("Momentum") filed a lawsuit in Hamilton County Court against PacifiCare of Ohio, Inc. ("PacifiCare"). The lawsuit alleges a number of wrongs by PacifiCare, including but not limited to the fact that PacifiCare has refused to honor a Payment and Reimbursement Agreement dated October 1, 1999 under which PacifiCare agreed to pay up to $2,250,000 to Momentum's providers; wrongfully issued a notice of default on November 16, 1999 under the Health Services Agreement ("HSA") between PacifiCare and Momentum ...
