Kingston Has Shipped More than 15,000 RIMM Modules as OEMs Prepare For

Production Ramp of Rambus-Memory Based Systems

LAS VEGAS, Nov. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Kingston Technology Company today announced availability of a full line of 184-pin Rambus(R) RIMM(TM) modules compatible with the 820 Chipset announced today by Intel Corporation. Kingston's RIMM modules are available in rated speeds of 600MHz, 700MHz and 800MHz in capacities of 64, 128 and 256 megabytes (MB). (See table at end.)
