Yogen Fruz World-Wide has renewed its effort to gain control of Eskimo Pie Corporation. On June 30, the Toronto-based frozen dessert marketer notified Eskimo Pie's Board of Directors that it intends to present certain shareholder proposals at the company's annual shareholders meeting scheduled for September 8.
