President Clinton will be at the Jackson Mann Elementary School in Allston-Brighton today to discuss ending social promotion and his national education agenda.

"I think it's an honor for the school that the president of the United States is coming to this complex," Joanne Collins Russell, principal of the Jackson Mann, said yesterday.
