Pixelon.com, the first full-screen, full-motion, TV-quality Internet broadcaster, and Internet Broadcast Networks Inc. (IBN) today announced their programming alliance for the first online preview of EDGE Television, the independent short film/video channel showcasing the works of artists worldwide.

EDGE Television officially debuts in the first quarter of 2000, but will have a special preview on Pixelon.com upon its launch on Oct. 29.
