Indonesia's sheet glass industry is facing hindrances in the market both in the country and abroad. The domestic market, which is depressed as a result of the economic crisis prompted producers to seek access to export market. But Indonesian suppliers of sheet glass are facing dumping charge. Earlier Australia also accused Indonesia of dumping in sheet glass market. The Philippines have even imposed non tariff barrier against sheet glass.
