Circle.com (Nasdaq:CIRC) today reported record revenues for the quarter ended September 30, 1999.

The company reported net revenues for the quarter ended September 30, 1999 that increased 146% to a record $10.2 million compared with $4.1 million for the same quarter of 1998. Earnings per share (diluted) for the third quarter of 1999 declined to $0.11 (loss) from $0.01 profit in the third quarter of 1998, on a pro forma basis.
