"Jaja" is southern French slang for an everyday wine that you don't have to think about to enjoy. Le Jaja de Jau, then, is a delicious but uncomplicated wine from the Chateau de Jau, one of the premier estates in the Languedoc-Roussillon region.
The chateau produces four different jajas - a white, a rose and two different red blends. All are good values, with this particular blend of syrah and grenache being my personal favorite.
