A 13-year-old girl, who disappeared Sunday with her 16-month-old sister and a 2-year-old cousin after going to a Dorchester supermarket to buy a bag of potato chips returned home last night after leaving "to have a good time," police and family members said.
Kenitra Newton, a troubled teen with a history of running away from home, had been last seen getting into a burgundy colored car with her sister, Shantel Phifer, and cousin Shant'e Phifer, Sunday afternoon at a shopping plaza about a block from her home, relatives said.
