The popularity of cigar smoking by superstars and socialites has ignited a trend among teenagers, experts contend, and Massachusetts anti-smoking activists plan to launch an attack on the fast-growing fad.
An estimated 6 million American teenagers - more than a quarter of 14-to 19-year-olds - have smoked all or part of a cigar in the past year, the Centers for Disease Control reported in May.
