Textron Inc has announced the acquisitions of Energy Manufacturing Co and Williams Machine and Tool Co. The two acquired companies will be integrated with California-based HR Textron's Motion Control Products. Both companies fabricate hydraulic and motion control equipment for trucks, agricultural, construction and waste-handling equipment. One of Energy Manufacturing Co.'s products is a bolted hydraulic tie rod cylinder with bores measuring 2 to 5 inches rated at 3625 psi.
