Best-selling author, illustrator and recent Emmy award winner, William Joyce will debut his latest book, ROLIE POLIE OLIE, on the Children's Stage at New York Is Book Country on Sunday, September 26 at 2 PM. Joyce won the Emmy this year for design for the children's TV program, Rolie Polie Olie.
