IDT, Inc. (Nasdaq: IDTI), a leading manufacturer of RISC microprocessors, today disclosed its next-generation platform for ultra high-performance 64-bit embedded microprocessors. Initial products based on the new RISCore64600(TM) architecture will deliver speeds in the 400- to 500-MHz range and will attain over 800-Dhrystone MIPS performance.
