The US dominates world affairs, not just militarily and economically, but also culturally and politically in the post-Cold War era. It has successfully built an American world order with the Bush and and Clinton Administration. The two succeeding US presidents have made an obedient and democratic Russia, denuclearized the great power of politics and made neoliberalism as the guiding political and economic model of world development.
