VANCOUVER, July 29 /CNW-PRN/ - The Corporation announces that it has restructured its ownership of Nazca Holdings Ltd. which it acquired in October of 1998. The restructuring became necessary when Nazca failed to complete the sale of certain water rights within the time prescribed for doing so in the agreements governing the purchase of Nazca.

Under a new agreement entered into with the majority shareholders, the original purchase agreement has been cancelled and the Corporation has acquired approximately 87% of the shares of Nazca. Consideration payable for the ...
