TOLEDO, Ohio, July 7 /PRNewswire/ -- J. Patrick Nicholson, CEO of N-Viro International Corp. (Nasdaq: NVIC), announced today that Dr. Terry Logan, Professor of Soil Chemistry, the School of Natural Resources at The Ohio State University, Columbus, assumed the role of President and Chief Operating Officer of NVIC effective July 1. Dr. Logan's appointment was announced last fall.

Nicholson will continue as NVIC's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
