ST. CHARLES, Md., July 7 /PRNewswire/ -- American Community Properties Trust (ACPT) (Amex: APO) a diversified real estate organization, announced today that one of its subsidiaries has completed the sale of 8.4 acres of residential land in the master planned community of Parque Escorial in metropolitan San Juan, Puerto Rico. The parcel has been sold to Jardines del Parque S.E. for $5 million and is approved for 200 condominium units. Jardines is owned by Edwin Loubriel and Robert Hatton, Jr., two successful residential home builders based in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
