Good-bye to a Greenhouse Gas.(sequestration projects to control atmospheric carbon dioxide)

A research project is investigating the possibility that the greenhouse gas carbon dioxide could be controlled by pumping it into the deep ocean. The project is one of several sequestration options to dispose of atmospheric carbon dioxide. Another is to pump carbon dioxide down into a coal bed to recovery natural gas and imprison the carbon dioxide. Opponents warn of environmental risks.
