Arkansas-Based Acxiom Corp. Acquires Phoenix-Based Computer Graphics Inc..

Jun. 17 -- Acxiom Corp., the nation's largest data warehousing firm, has acquired Phoenix-based Computer Graphics Inc.
The deal gives Acxiom a technical base in Arizona, and is expected to add $25 million to its bottom line.
Because Computer Graphics is private, no purchase price was disclosed on the deal.
Acxiom is a large information service company based in Conway, Ark. It electronically gathers and sorts information about almost 200 million Americans.
