INTER-PRODUCT substitution and international expansion are driving the polyvinyl chloride (PVC) heat stabilizer market. There are also major regional differences in the market, estimated at $1.5 billion-$1.6 billion/year by Fred Gastrock, project leader at consulting firm TownsendTarnell (Mt. Olive, NJ).
