You can avoid certain types of anemia by paying attention to what you eat.
Feeling tired lately? Maybe you're working too hard or not getting enough sleep. Or maybe your fatigue is a sign of anemia. If it is, you're not alone. Anemia is more common than you may think. Anemia affects about 100,000 teenagers under age 18, according to the National Center for Health Statistics.
