Apr. 20 -- VALLEY RIVER VILLAGE TO ADD THIRD OFFICE BUILDING -- Construction of a third office building in the commercial plaza of Valley River Village is set to begin later this month.

Portland-based Business Properties Investments LP plans to start work soon on a two-story, 26,543-square-foot office building on the east side of Goodpasture Loop Road, north of Goodpasture Island Road. Business Properties owner Gerald Miller bought the 1.3-acre parcel in 1997 for $496,000, according to deeds filed with Lane County.
