Apr. 22 -- SEATTLE -- The federal government's Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has accused The Boeing Co. of harassing and firing an employee because he was Vietnamese.
A trial lawyer handling the case for the EEOC said a preliminary investigation by the agency indicates that Boeing's actions constituted a "particularly egregious" example of job discrimination based on national origin.
The lawyer, Lisa Morelli, said the allegations contained in the complaint led staff members to wonder whether Boeing "learned anything" ...
