Thursday is a major milestone for one of New York's premier French restaurants. Le Perigord turns 35. There are older restaurants in the city, but none whose owner has been and is front and center in a tuxedo every night. The suave and witty Georges Briguet has welcomed the mighty and the flighty to the cuisine of a dazzling troupe of chefs.
