PVC shrink labels cut condiment pack costs.

Beaverton, OR-based condiment manufacturer Beaverton Foods has transferred its packaging requirements to heat-shrinkable polyvinyl chloride sleeve labels from Seal-It Inc. The transfer has allowed for reduction in costs because the company can have better inventory control of unprinted jars as against the previously used direct-decorated jars. In addition, the labeling assures the safety of the company's Inglehoffer branded products as the jars are made tamper-evident.
