BACKGROUND
The Solar System, our small corner of vast space, is filled with thousands and thousands of celestial bodies. Though most of your students are familiar with planets and moons, they may not know much about what else is out there. Three of the most interesting and important "small" bodies roaming our Solar System are asteroids, comets, and meteors. This issue of Science Weekly will help your students learn more about each of them and their place in space.
