Martha Graham, an icon in the dancing world, left a void that need to be filled after her death in 1991. Janet Eilber, Christine Dakin, Joyce Herring and Terese Capucilli have been mentioned as great women in the industry who can leave a legacy on the dance world.

Who can replace Martha Graham? The answer, of course, is no one, although everyone agrees that her company, school, and treasury of works must live on.
