Another day, another Dura deal.
Dura Automotive Systems Inc., in its second major acquisition in two weeks, agreed to acquire Adwest Automotive plc, an England-based automotive supplier of engine controls, gearshifts and parking brakes.
Dura (Nasdaq: DRRA) said it will buy about $210 million of Adwest stock, plus assume $120 million in debt for Adwest, which has annual sales of around $400 million. Dura's operational headquarters is in Rochester Hills.
