Several career opportunities exist for computer science majors. Computer science majors can work in several areas of discipline such as hardware design, software engineering, system analysis, network and communications, graphics, image processing, and database design. Some of the industries that offer computer science graduates lucrative positions are petroleum, telecommunications, consulting, publishing, chemical and automobile.
