Former Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet, who is about to face the consequences for his gross human rights violations while in leadership, left a scarred legacy in Chile throughout the 1970s and 1980s. Though Pinochet still has supporters in Chile, the majority of Chileans want to see their former leader punished for his actions.
