Transaction Systems Architects, Inc. Acquires Media Integration BV.

OMAHA, Neb.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 27, 1998--Transaction Systems Architects, Inc. (Nasdaq: TSAI) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Media Integration BV (MINT), a privately held corporation headquartered in Gouda, The Netherlands pursuant to a plan of share exchange. Under the terms of the exchange, Transaction Systems will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of MINT in exchange for 740,000 shares of Transaction Systems' Class A Common Stock. The transaction is intended to be accounted for as a pooling of interests.
